All, the company that refinishes our gym floors is here and they have already began working. Both gyms will be shut down for the remainder of this week and all of next week as well. Our gyms will be open for use again on Monday, June 26th. Mr. Hawkins

Congratulations to the Ethan Golf Team as 4 members: Rylan Gerlach, Kody Klumb, Aiden Riggs and Bella Guthrie qualified for the state tournament! They will be in Watertown for the State Tourney June 5th and 6th.
“I am doing an Offensive Skills Camp with special emphasis on shooting, form, footwork, and fundamentals on Sunday evening, June 4th from 6:00-7:45. The camp is open for Grades 5-9 Boys and Girls who are serious about working on their game over the summer. I will do an individual shot evaluation for each player along with introducing some shooting drills and fun shooting games. The cost for the camp is $15 and to register you must text Coach Young at 605-999-6826 your name and grade. If you are interested, please register early so that I can plan accordingly. Thanks.”

Parents, now that the school year has come to an end, it is time to send out a reminder about using the school facilities. If you were issued a key fob to enter the gym, that fob is to be used by the adult only. They may not be given to your student to use. Our facility agreement specifically states that an adult must be present when using our facilities. It was reported to me today that staff have found students in the building with no adult supervision in the past few weeks. I have informed our staff that if it happens again, they are to ask the student for their key fob, then they are going to ask them to leave the facility. Please make sure you are accompanying your student/s if they want to use the gym and/or weight room. Thank you! Mr. Hawkins
